Ni deux heures apr\u00e8s une pratique\nsportive.<br>\n5. je ne prends pas de douche froide dans les 15 minutes qui suivent l&rsquo;effort.<br>\n6. je ne fais pas de sport intense si j&rsquo;ai la fi\u00e8vre.
